Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
We had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were recently remodeled and comfortable, which was a plus, but we faced a long wait at check-in due to a mix-up with our reservation. The breakfast was decent, providing a good start to our day, but the location felt a bit sketchy, especially at night. Overall, it was a functional stay close to the airport, though not without its challenges.
I had a pleasant surprise staying at this hotel for a quick overnight before my flight. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the bathroom was modern and fresh. The only downside was the noise from traffic, especially since my room was close to the road. The breakfast offered wasn't bad either, and overall, I found it to be a solid value for a stay in NYC.
I recently celebrated my mother's 70th birthday at this hotel, and overall it was a delightful experience. The staff went out of their way to help us, particularly with the laundry situation and the fantastic continental breakfast. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they are clean and comfortable. However, there were some inconveniences like the malfunctioning guest dryer and the lack of space. Despite these few downsides, we enjoyed our stay and even decided to extend it, which was easy to arrange with the front desk.
The hotel is a great option if you need to stay near the airport and offering modern, clean rooms at a reasonable price. The staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating. However, waiting for shuttle service at night can be inconvenient, and there were some cleanliness issues in my room. All in all, it's a decent choice for a short stay.
I found this hotel suitable for a quick layover, especially with its free shuttle service to JFK. While the rooms were surprisingly clean and modern, the location isn't the best and the amenities are quite limited. It's decent for the price, but I wouldn't choose it for a longer stay.
I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms are small, but that's to be expected in NYC. It's located in a neighborhood that feels a bit sketchy at first, but I felt perfectly safe walking around, especially with Jamaica Avenue just two blocks away filled with amazing Caribbean food options. While the shuttle service wasn't the most reliable, the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the hotel made up for it. I really appreciated the transportation options available nearby.
I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the hotel, as the room was very clean and comfortable, equipped with useful amenities. However, the shuttle service was quite slow and not very convenient, taking nearly 2 hours to get from the airport to the hotel. It offers good value for money, but the neighborhood felt unsafe at times, which was a downside.
I had a decent one-night stay at this hotel, mainly due to the excellent staff who were genuinely friendly and helpful. The rooms, although small, are recently updated and clean. The location isn't the best, and the neighborhood feels a bit off, but the shuttle service to JFK was a lifesaver. It's definitely a decent value for a short stay, especially with breakfast included.
